We recognize that community theatre brings together individuals from diverse lived experiences and backgrounds. We believe that artistic excellence thrives in environments grounded in mutual respect, accountability, and inclusion.

Discrimination, racism, harassment, intimidation, bullying, retaliation, or exclusionary behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Anti-Racism Statement

The Legacy Theatre is committed to actively opposing racism in all forms, including overt acts of prejudice, systemic inequities, implicit bias, exclusionary practices, tokenism, and discriminatory behavior.

  • Every participant deserves to feel respected, heard, and valued.
  • Casting, hiring, volunteer opportunities, education, and participation will be approached fairly and equitably.
  • We have a responsibility to listen, learn, and improve our practices over time.
