MARY POPPINS

Directed By: Scott Richardson
July 10 - 26, 2015

“Wind’s in the east…there’s a mist comin’ in…like somethin’ is brewing and ’bout to begin…”

Based on the beloved children’s books by P.L. Travers and the classic Disney film, the Broadway musical Mary Poppins alights on The Legacy stage in a lavish new production!

The story of a mysterious nanny who magically appears at the Banks household in turn-of-the-century London to care for the children, but with a combination of magic and old fashioned common sense, the entire household learns the value of family, and that “anything can happen if you let it.”

Adventure abounds with dancing chimney sweeps, and an array of colorful characters along with the charming songs that have delighted generations: “A Spoonful of Sugar,” “Chim Chim Cher-ee,” “Feed the Birds,” and “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”
